represents a consolidated presence in the renewable energy landscape. Our history dates back to 1999,
when Giuseppe Forte founded Ingegneria del Sole,
establishing a benchmark of continuity and technical expertise despite frequent regulatory changes in the sector.
The new company name reflects
the natural evolution and consolidation
of the corporate structure.

Technical Expertise

Giuseppe Forte, the company’s director and founder, was born in Naples and has been involved in the sector since 1999. He has expanded his knowledge in the energy field thanks to his engineering studies at the Polytechnic University of Naples Federico II and thanks to his participation in various national and international master’s courses and conferences on the topic of renewable energy, and in particular thanks to his participation in the early 2000s in the construction of large photovoltaic systems built in Germany.

Organizational structure and areas of expertise

Ingegneria del Sole operates through four distinct divisions, which cover the entire life cycle of renewable energy production plants.

It has operational experience on a portfolio of approximately 3 GWp of photovoltaic plants (as of December 2025). Activities include:

Development and Implementation.
Testing and Certification.
Technical and Administrative Management (O&M).
Technical Due Diligence on third-party systems.

We design power lines serving various types of Renewable Energy Sources (RES), including biomass, biogas, photovoltaic, wind, geothermal, and hydroelectric power plants, managing the related technical and administrative procedures.

We can build systems with all grid interconnection methods: off-grid (isolated), low-voltage on-grid, and medium-voltage on-grid (net metering, self-consumption with sale, and total transfer).

It is dedicated to analyzing the Power Quality (PQ) of networks and generators. This activity is performed using Class A instrumentation, in strict compliance with the technical standards IEC 61000-4-30 and IEC 50160.

Specializing in performing aerial technical analyses and inspections using SAPR (Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems) devices.

The Ingegneria del Sole team, and its Sole Director in particular, maintains an active role in supply chain control. For several years, they have conducted direct inspections and analyses of photovoltaic module production processes at leading global manufacturers, particularly in China, Korea, and Germany, thus ensuring high quality standards for all projects..
